Sports Week is a week celebrating sport in primary and secondary schools and is
a unique event that uses the power of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic
games to inspire more young people to take part in more sport.
Last year more
than 10’500 schools and 3 million children took part, and from this, 92% of
schools that took part said the week inspired more pupils to do more sport.
